Love these gels!
As a runner, I’ve tried lots of gels over the years. These are by far the best! They taste great, don’t make me feel like I immediately need to drink a gallon of water and best of all, give me zero tummy issues! Highly recommend them!

Found my new gels for triathlon
I have struggled with traditional gels in the past. They were so thick and required 8 oz or more of water to take down. Sometimes while racing, that can be difficult. The Torq gels are not as thick and don't require water. They give great energy and easy on the stomach. I love the Raspberry Ripple flavor.

Torq gels instantly dissolve in your mouth and start working immediately, plus the flavors are amazing. The only gel I can do that sits well on my stomach. Great product that I constantly recommend.
